Why participate:
The rapid cooling of baked goods in a vacuum chamber provides a bakery with decisive advantages for operations, production processes and product quality. We will show you such a system in operation and inform you about how it works, financing and procurement. You will also have the opportunity to taste the products, ask the bakery owner questions and exchange ideas with like-minded people.

In cooperation with IGV-GmbH and the Vereinigung der Backbranche e.V. (Berlin/Brandenburg regional group), we organize an annual specialist seminar on the latest developments and experiences from research and industry on vacuum cooling technology, which is prominently reported on in the magazine «Backtechnik Europe», for example. The specialist seminar has also successfully established itself as an exchange platform for vacuum cooling users. Glavatec also supervises and supports bachelor's and master's theses on the subject of vacuum cooling.
