The special construction prevents the build-up of water and the formation of tough deposits on the walls and floor of the chamber and on the oven racks.
The vacuum chamber contains an integrated cleaning system. This eliminates the need for regular manual cleaning by the staff.
The sliding door closes automatically when the start button is pressed and opens again automatically after the passage has been completed. It does not require any additional handling.
Staff can operate the system with their bare hands via the touchscreen or with heat-protective gloves via the patented handwheel mechanism.
The baked products can be selected visually using images, numbers or text. Events and instructions are communicated using generally understandable graphics and text, so that no language skills are required.
High personal safety
It is not necessary to enter the vacuum chamber while the rack trolleys are moving in and out, which significantly increases safety for personnel. Further safety mechanisms are built in.
